PsychoEducational Evaluations
Special Education Evaluations
We are experts in psychoeducational evaluation, with staff that includes certified dyslexia experts, nationally certified psychologists, administrators, and child wellfare attorneys. To address the national shortage of school psychologists, Mindful Growth contracts with schools, school districts, and special education cooperatives offering traveling School Psychologist Services. Service contracts are tailored to the partnering schools, school districts, or special education cooperatives. Most service contracts focus on conducting multi-disciplinary psycho-educational evaluations to make recommendations for eligibility for special education and related services in accordance with State Administrative Code.
We also offer Independent Educational Evaluations.
Systems Consultation
Mindful Growth helps schools to implement and improve RTI (response to intervention) and MTSS (multi-tiered systems of supports) processes so they WORK for students. DMAIC is an acronym based on the scientific method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) used to improve process problems.
We help with intervention, behavioral health services, functional behavior assessments, behavior improvement plans, progress monitoring, training, and data tracking so your schools can make evidence-based decisions that help students succeed.
Parent and Child Advocacy
Mindful Growth serves as a communication hub -- translating confusing legal, educational, and psychological verbiage into useful information that can be used to help all children be successful. We attend IEP meetings, case conferences, and help families and schools advocate for the rights of all children.
