At Mindful Growth, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, individualized care designed around each patient’s specific needs. To maintain a high level of personalized attention and timely access to services, many of our offerings remain private pay; however, we are pleased to now accept insurance for speech therapy services.

Service Pricing

  • Comprehensive evaluations provide clarity, direction, and actionable recommendations for school, home, and clinical settings.

    • Psychological Evaluations: Starting at $1,200

    • Psychoeducational Evaluations: $1,850

    • Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs): Custom pricing

    All evaluations include a record review, testing, scoring, interpretation, a detailed written report with recommendations.

  • Individual therapy is available for children, adolescents, and adults. Sessions are tailored to meet each patient'’s unique needs using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

    • Per Session (50 minutes): $125

    Virtual sessions are available for adults and older adolescents.

  • Speech-language services are provided by licensed speech-language pathologists and include both assessment and intervention.

    At this time, we are currently accepting commercial Anthem insurance only. Additional major commercial and Medicaid plans are pending approval and are expected to become available in the near future. Families not using Anthem are welcome to begin services immediately using our self-pay rate per session, or they may choose to be placed on our waitlist until their insurance is accepted. Super bills can be provided for self-pay services upon request.

    Self-Pay Pricing:

    • Speech & Language Evaluations: Starting at $300

    • Per Therapy Session (Up to 45 minutes): $100

    Virtual sessions are available per clinician discretion.

  • We offer targeted dyslexia screening, comprehensive evaluation, and evidence-based language-literacy intervention to support reading development and growth.

    • Dyslexia Screening: $300 (Applied toward full evaluation if completed)

    • Dyslexia Evaluation: $900

    • Per Intervention Session (Up to 50 minutes): $100

Mindful Growth—Kentuckiana is currently out-of-network with insurance for most services. Insurance is currently accepted for speech therapy services only.

We gladly accept HSA/FSA cards for eligible services.

Payment is due at the time of service.
